It's being on the site of the old Sam's Club on Watt Ave, and it should be open in March or April Their target market is businesses and restaurants but I've been to the one in Hayward and they have many of the same products that I buy at the regular Costco Store https://www.costcobusinessdelivery.com/

No gas station though

I'm hoping that the rest of Country Club starts getting developed. Or at least doesn't get worse.

We have a business center near us. We get our almond milk there. The great thing is that they have things year round that regular Costco only has seasonally. Plus they have things that regular Costco doesn’t (individual packets of cereal, etc).

They have a great cold room with all kinds of meats but of course they’re giant quantities for restaurants as you said. The strangest thing I’ve seen there is a whole frozen lamb.

wow! I'm trying to think of a restaurant that is even set up to butcher a whole lamb, I thought they usually bought quarters.
