Also here are some resources for comparing school performance. You also have the average home price and mortgage for the neighborhood. As you can see the blue areas are the higher priced areas and generally, not always, include the higher performing schools. Rocklin is pretty much blue as is Folsom Lincoln not so much. Roseville has some lower priced neighborhoods with corresponding school performance. Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Fair Oaks, Orangevale have a mix of high and low performing schools depending on the neighborhood.
