I am going to setup a new Youtube cooking channel. So far my friends are pleased and consider my cooking restaurant quality or better. I find the Chinese black vinegar and dark soy sauce magic as well as Szechuan peppercorn for umami enhancers.

awesome! send me the link. Do you ever use oyster sauce? It's great for a marinade for beef in Chinese dishes.

Definitely. Probably won't be until I can move into a larger space with a larger kitchen to do better photos and video.
I use oyster sauce to make Broccoli Beef and Pork/Chicken Lo Mein noodles.

I figured out how to much crunchy Chili Beef and it was superb. Been fine tuning my Szechuan dishes.
