[Folsom, EDH] Non-shady apartments? (Compton: apartment complexes, rent, buying a home)

Hi all! I'm looking to move to Folsom soon and am looking for apartment recommendations.


I'm super young, but geriatric at heart and am looking for a quiet safe place to live for 1+ years before buying a home. I am frugal and try to be as anti-bougie as possible, and all I really need is laundry and parking, but I highly value safety, security, peaceful relaxing living, so I'm willing to go high-end if needed. I found many complexes run by FPI Management, Inc. which seems like some kind of corporate cult with a horrible online reputation, and I don't want to be scammed for security deposit, etc. It seems this is inevitable in the Folsom area?


I'd appreciate any tips or recommendations. Willing to expand into the EDH area if needed for quiet and safety.

There are some very nice and safe apartment complexes (gated community ) in Folsom.
One of them is on Moon Circle, gated community, quiet, spacious apartments. They have an open house this Sunday(1-3pm) if you want to make an appointment and take a look at the apartments in the area.

Folsom isn't Compton. Its safe. If you are just looking for cheap rent while you save up money for a down payment, I would look at search by price on craigslist.
