I have a house (1811 sq. ft.) built by D.R. Horton in 2006 in Lincoln Crossing, Lincoln, CA. I was told that the prices of these new houses recelntly sold in this place came down pretty drastically. Where can I find what they were sold for? I am asking this because I will try to reduce my Real Estate Tax since these houses are no longer priced as when I bought them.
Any suggestion I would appreciate.

Free services you could try are:

REALTOR.com - Real Estate Listings & Homes For Sale (under "What's Your Home Worth" on the home page)
Real Estate Valuations, Homes for Sale, Free Real Estate Information | Zillow Real Estate (look up your address, then click on "Recently Sold" on the left nav menu)

There's also recently sold information in the Business section of the Sunday Sac Bee (I haven't looked for it online).
