We are moving there in January. Never been there. I am trying to open a post office box online so I can start having my mail sent. Still not sure of the exact location we will be moving.

Can someone tell me where there is a post office in east sac that is in a safe area? If you have the address that would be great. If not the zip code will do. Just don't want to rent a po box on the wrong side of town. Also if you know of one in roseville I may check that out too.

I really appreciate it!

East Sacramento and Roseville are about 15-20 miles apart, and there are a lot of post offices between the two. The post office for East Sac (the 95816 ZIP code) is here:

1618 Alhambra Boulevard, Sacramento, CA

If you are working in East Sac, why are you looking for a place to live in Folsom or Roseville? You can find better schools much closer in Arden Park, Sierra Oaks, Del Dayo or Willhaggen.

Well, every home I have looked at on the internet in East Sac to rent is too small. I have had a hard time finding anything more than a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom with only 1 bath. We are a family of 5 plus a dog. Looking to rent until we sell our home here and have a chance to explore Sacramento, since we have never been there. East Sac sounds like a good fit for us if I could just find a rental large enough.... min 3 bedrooms prefer 4 and at least 2 baths. Do you know of any property management companies I could contact?

If you could put up with a three bedroom while you get to know the Sacramento area, this place is pet friendly and seems to have quite a few amenities. Folsom Gateway Apartments in Orangevale, CA
