i'm going to sac state (transfering) next year and looking to get a 2 bedroom apt close to the school. i found some nice ones on fair oaks blvd i thibk it's called? is that area nice? i saw plenty of little shops there for college kids. is east sac expensive?

Fair oaks is nice...East Sac is as well, not a lot of apartments though. College Greens is close, too

East Sacramento is GREAT! But true that there aren't alot of apartments, more homes for rent.
There are the East Sac Lofts near 65th and Folsom Blvd (
