There are places here that I would miss if I moved. We just want it all!

I have to agree with about 90% of what everyone else said here. Wawas, Church's Chicken, Baja Fresh, LJS....wow, now you guys are making me home sick.

Thinking of non-food ideas, how about a nice beach....?

I guess I can't bee too selfish. We finally got our Culver's with 2 more locations on the way. It's all good. Now if they'd just move one out to the District Hilgi and I can be REAL happy

I would love that too, but as Chango specified in the first post, it has to be something that we can theoretically have. Technically, I guess we do have a beach of sorts along the lake, but it isn't the beach that I would want to go and spend hours on.

We have three beaches at the Daybreak Lake!

That would be nice but I doubt I would enjoy it long, those burgers don't look good for a guy with a heart condition.

Oh yes we need more burger joints.

And no, beaches at Daybreak, Utah Lake or Salt Lake don't count. I was thinking of nice pacific or atlantic beaches.

I guess I didn't read the fine print on fantasy.

Maybe if we dredged out the Great Salt Lake and genetically engineered a species of palm that can take the winter....

Another thing I'd like (which kinda goes along with the Huntington Library, because they've got one) is an authentic, honest to god Japanese Garden.

Or how about a recreation of a midevil castle?

Me want culture!!!!!

Isn't there someone out there with tons of money and a crazy dream? Act on your dream and build something along the Wasatch front that future generations will wonder at...

Hilgi,,,,think of how much better your wife would feel if she could take the Free Bus to the Penzey's brick and mortar locations!!!
i would love it if someone could come up with a huge fan type device for those nasty winter days-just need to decide where we want to send the dirty air-Idaho or Arizona...
