...but it's gotta be something we at least theoretically can have. Sure, I want a beach and palm trees sometimes too...

Anyway, I would love to have something akin to The Huntington Library in San Marino CA (http://www.huntington.org/); (http://www.huntington.org/%29; - broken link) a gilded age estate turned art museum with expansive themed gardens.

I would also love a better theme park. I've never been a Lagoon fan; it always seemed so cheap and corny, especially compared to far more expansive and expensive Disney parks.

I would like a 1000 ft + high skyscraper downtown too. I'm not sure why, but the views from the 100th floor would be pretty damn spectacular...

What do you wish we had in Salt Lake?

I'd like the city to tear down the old Capitol Theater, which has got to have the worst seating of any theater on the planet, and build the best theater to replace it.

I will go for another amusement park too! I am a ride junkie and because I cut my teeth on Six Flags, Lagoon just doesn't do it for me.

I would also like an aquarium. I know we have The Living Planet, but I am talking something on a more grandiose scale...like Monterey has.

And, more cut your own Christmas tree farms. I miss those. I REALLY miss those.

I want everything Hilgi asked for (I sure miss Trader Joes, and oh I would kill for a Jack and the Box taco right now). Don't laugh but a REAL kosher deli would be amazing. I had all I wanted in the Midwest where I came from and Now I have to order from Chicago. Indeed greater access to fine wine would be super. I heard there IS a wine tasting at a wine company in Salt Lake. I'll have to look it up again. I spoke to them quite a while ago about security.
