I am looking at this house in Taylorsville and I was wondering what most people pay on average for a four bedroom house for Water, Sewage, and Gas. There would be four adults and an infant living there. I haven't been able to find any information and I figured why not try this. I would like to know the average of each individually so I can kind of see how much it will all cost without guessing. It would really help to know. I have never had to pay all of those before so I am not quite sure what to expect and I would like to not end up being super surprised.

Two adults in my 4-bedroom, 2 bath home. My rates are the same as my neighbors in Taylorsville.

My Winter utility rates (central heat):
Gas $100
Electric $60
Water $20
Sewer/Garbage $20

My Summer utility rates (central air):
Gas $20
Electric $100
Water $50
Sewer/Garbage $20

Does it have natural gas, forced air heat and central a/c? What about water heater & dryer? Are they gas or electric?

Garbage is $14.75 per month.

Water & Sewer come on the same bill.

Taylorsville also has a storm water fee billed on your power bill. My fee is $4 which is the rate for s single family residence.
