Honestly, you are a trove of information, BostonJad. The next time I go to Boston, I'm going to ask you to help me plan my trip!

Its funny because Boston has been my home for the past 20 years I take for granted all the things it has to offer. Its just like how you find locals that never did any of the tourist traps of the city like the Duck Boats or Freedom Trail as pertains to Boston.

I am happy to provide tips for anyplace in the US I have visited. I travel every month and constantly expanding the vast footprint I already have

How bout Charleston, South Carolina? I'm going there the second week of October. DM me if you have some good ideas. We're not particularly interested in things like plantation tours, but are otherwise very open to any suggestions you may have.

Charleston was a city I admired. I wish I was as detailed then as I am now but here are the top 4 things that pop to mind:

1. Callie's Hot Little Biscuit. By far the best place to get biscuits, they make em small so you can try many flavors: savory and sweet.

2. Historic Charleston City Market for souvenirs

3. See if you can get a Bill Murray sighting at the Queen Street Grocery & Cafe, rumour has it he sometimes pops into the kitchen flipping some crepes for the customers.

4. Shepard Fairey (artist behind the Obey Giant murals) also grew up here and there is plenty of public art by him scattered around the city
