We might be moving to Park City and I was wondering what are good neighborhoods there? I have heard of the Trailside area?? Also, I don't want to be in a neighborhood that only has vacation rentals...help!

Trailside is way out on the east side of PC-right off hiway 40. Nice newer school there and a HUGE new housing development in the works. Some friends live out there and they are very unhappy about this new development. If you want to be in the PC city limits, there are 2 or 3 areas to pick from-Thaynes, Park Meadows and Prospector. These 3 are not very transient-Prospector more so than the others. All have good and bad happening. I did not include Old Town as you may not get much of a yard and lots of nightly rentals.

The whole area is excellent. You need to be more specific with your needs. Based on the info you provided Glenwild/Goshawk top the list @ $2.1-10m.
