I'm not certain who takes care of our lawn maintenace here in Westcreek. They do a fair job.
I have caught folks over the years blowing the grass clippings /trash /debris into the stormwater drains which of couse is a violation of the COSA Stormwater Ordinance. Although we are in the County it still applies. I continue to complain to the Office when I see it but nothing has changed. I guesss it's time for photo's and a copy of the Ordinance.
We as Homeowner's /Residents are are not supposed to blow our clippings, etc. into the street . I guess what's good for the Goose is not good for the Gander.
