I'm looking for a place that sells good quality stone and tile. Anybody got one to recommend? I will be doing the installation myself so services other than figuring out quantity will be needed... although design advice is always welcome. Not looking for $.75/square foot stuff that I see from a couple of larger places I pass on my way to work - I would like something better.

Right now I'm talking about a kitchen, but if I continue to have problems with delivery I may be forced to call the CC company and get a refund of what I ordered for the bathroom, shower and around the fireplace. At this point the place I ordered from has already had to bail on two delivery dates and are consistently hard to contact about setting up a new day and time. Patience is wearing thin... by the way the place that has become difficult to work with is located on Huebner Rd, north/east of I-10.

TIA

Design Materials between Rhapsody and Nakoma. Not Cheap.

Got the glass/travertine tile for our kitchen backsplash there.

I do my own installation also. These guys/gals were great to work with.

Emser Tile has some very nice stuff. They are on Arion Parkway just north of the airport. Ask for Tessa.

Thanks for advice - I'll have to compete the three on the kitchen work that's going to happen as soon as the bathroom stuff gets here and I can install it...
