This one is kind of time sensitive... :-/

I made two mistakes:
1. Speeding
2. Skimming over the document after getting approved for deferred disposition.

I put July 19 into my Outlook Calendar to send my payment and signed document via certified mail. In the middle of my document, it says the date of July 23. What it also says, is that the money and document must be received at least 5 days prior to that date. Whoops.

Additionally, it says "DO NOT PAY ONLINE. DO NOT GO STRAIGHT TO CASHIER".

I have a check in my hand...is there really no place where I can give this to them in person at the Municipal Court on South Frio? I was also considering sending it overnight/certified, hoping they wouldn't mind that it was 4 days prior... Not sure if I want to risk that yet.

Any help? Couldn't find a number to ask the question via telephone.

(210) 207-8970 . If you're time-strapped go down to the court at 401 south frio and talk to the clerks directly. That's an information number...don't know if it will work for you.

Thanks. Ended up going to court and had to do the whole bit, sat in a courtroom, etc. Took about 1.5 hours total. Never had to do that before, never want to do it again.
