I live in the Canyon Lake area and will be going out of state for a funeral. I'll need someone to come and feed my 7 goats twice a day. They have a hay net full of hay, so just make sure they get their grain. The person must be knowledgeable about goats, know the signs of bloat, goat polio and impending pregnancy, I have two does that are pregnant.

Try Happy Tails--they're in Helotes, I believe and get rave reviews. She has sat for more exotic animals, so farm animals might not be too much of a stretch. I don't know about the distance, though, but it would be worth it to ask.

Canyon Lake is
45 miles from Helotes. In comparison, Boerne--the furthest point they note in their web site--is only 16 miles if you go via Scenic Loop Road.
But the good news is they do say they watch goats at the bottom of
this page !
