I'm sorry if I missed the post here, but I looked for it at 6 and 10 and didn't see it, other than a short story on Richard Jefferson done by one of the anchors. Is it only on earlier in the day, or on weekends?

KENS5 has only one sports anchor. When Joe Reinagel has the day off, the news anchors deliver the sports stories and the sportscast tends to be very short. If you're not paying close attention on those days, it's easy to miss sports.

Thanks. I wonder if that's the new trend in local news.

Cool! I like it when the sports is short....not being into sports at all.

Would prefer they reduce the time allotted for long, drawn-out weather reports. They could easily tell me all I need to know about the weather in less than a minute.

I haven't watched KENS news in years. If they do away with sports reports, I'll come back!
