HEB is now selling the pure cane sugar Coke under the HEB brand. Right up there with the Mexican coke. Sorry I don't drink colas any more, but thought others may find this of interest. Pretty nifty marketing on their part. Let us know how it tastes!

Great! I may not be able to hold out any longer...might just go get a case today. But, do report back if you tried it. Very curious. They also have the HEB brand "ZERO" cola available (aspartame?).

I'm already addicted to Mexican coke. I'll wait till the reviews come in before I try it. Is it cheaper by chance? I don't mind the price for real coke, I just want some quality if it's a store brand.

They've been selling cane sugar Pepsi, Dr Pepper, and Mt Dew in CA for some time now. I was quite disappointed when we went to HEB to get a few things and they didn't have any of these items, as they are the only sodas I drink (not that I drink much soda, just a few a week). The pure cane sodas taste like the sodas I grew up with, and I really prefer them. They don't taste as syrupy and sweet as the ones with HFCS.

Are there any other places in town that sell sugar Pepsi or Dr Pepper? I was going to go in and check out the Commissary this morning when my husband went in for paperwork stuff, but alas, the toddler was up late last night, so she overslept this morning, and my husband is a get up early and get going kind of guy, so we stayed here while he went in. We've been spending every moment house hunting, so checking out grocery stores is at the bottom of our to do list. And house hunting is not going so well...
