I need an electrician to relocate some wires in the attic that are criss-crossing over the space I could use for storage. I had one guy out who decided never to call back with a price, so I'm looking again. He or she needs to be licensed. Any recommendations?

There are no good electricians in SA? That's a surprise! Come on - someone must know one. Don't be shy...

Family Electic. I'm oot of town and don't have the number. They do have a webb site. It's Ron and Mike. Good guys, good prices. They also do large and small jobs. I've used them on several projects. check the web site.

Thanks, elnina, but though Approved Electrical returned our call and said he was on his way that evening, he never showed.

Family Electric said they were out of town and would return my call next week. We'll see.

I guess most electricians are fully employed and happy with their income.

Yeah Boghaunter, I saw that to be the case with me as well. I would call and electricians had a 2 week wait Sometimes one cannot wait that long. I just had one of my husband's co worker's son do some of our lighting. He's close to licensure and he had a licensed friend come check on his work when he was done.

That is VERY strange. I didn't experienced them to be even 10 minutes late...

I thought it strange, too. He called back within an hour or so of my call and said he'd be over that evening.

Perhaps your job was bigger than mine.

Job size is not an excuse! If the job was not to "hot" for him, he should just say that he is very busy right now. To let people wait and not to show up is unacceptable.
