I drove by the site today and there were a few construction vehicles sitting around, but it looked like the site hadnt been touched in days, maybe weeks. The signs were all crooked and the place generally looked deserted. I know they've been having trouble getting to their target number as far as deposits go (and I can't blame anyone for not wanting to live on the east side of 37, much less throw down a half-mil on a condo), but I had read that they were moving on with construction anyway. What happened?

They're 50% sold on one tower. It appears to be a little delayed, but all builds of that magnitude get delayed.

Wasn't their target 60%? I did notice the Vistana site was humming along, so I guess that's something.

Did anyone happen to drive by the site this past weekend? I drove through downtown on saturday and still didn't see a crane of any kind. Then again, there was a crane at the Vistana site last week and now it's gone too.
