My wife and I are interested in buying a new home in Silver Oaks subdivision off 1604 and Culebra. We did not realize how old the neighborhood was but we are still interested. Does anyone have any background on this neighborhood? Crime or issues? Any positive or negative feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I know that they were promised a second neighborhood play area and never received one...I also know that they were also promised a pool so we have had the problem of Silver Oaks residents using our pool since we are very close.
