Only the penthouse unit is going to cost that much, I bet. The rest will be expensive but not quite so jaw-dropping - they'll be in line with 200 Patterson, I bet. There are several condos at 200 Patterson that have sold for over 1.5 million, but the vast majority are under a million dollars.

My understanding is that they are going to be pretty high end.....less than a million is still a whole lot of money for even than fairly well-off SA folks (who have already bought in). The little research I did, well, it did not indicate that they were ever going to be, what, 300-400K? I do like the location.

Agree, it seems like Uptown/AH is the most likely place for a condo boom to begin (even more so than Downtown, where Viadorra has struggled to attract enough interest and dollars). The success of the Broadway could be the catalyst that spurs further anti-sprawl housing in the city.
