Wow, the closeness to that intersection is going to make it a mighty noisy neighborhood! We used to live about a quarter mile in up the hill on New Guilbeau (Stagecoach Run, a great subdivision) and sometime we could hear the traffic. I don't think I would want to live that close to 1604...

Nobody wanted to buy the pos lot there for a long long time.... then along comes Armadillo... who will buy any crappy 2 or 3 acres and put their junk on it to turn a buck... 5 acres is potentially 50 home sites around here with the average lot being .10 acre. That's their mentality.

You would have to see what it is like in the morning trying to get out of this huge residential area to understand that, for now, we certainly don't need any more homes being built on this particular area of 1604 that is already sandwiched by traffic lights.
