Did anyone see this last night - about 30 or so young men having 'fight club' battles at the park in Alamo Ranch - Riverstone? It was around 8pm......who were these guys? Where did they come from?

I doubt no one called the police, but I'll bet it's on YouTube

Bexar County did show up and from what I gathered called it rough housing and sent them on their way. This was not rough housing, it could have quickly escalated if the wrong person was on the wrong end or a punch. Can not verify but was told that many appeared to be players on a HS football team - they were some big atheletic boys and all clean cut looking. Just wish they would take it elsewhere - not in a family park!

I think if they were players from a HS team and their coaches found out, they might not be players any longer. All athletes, on and off the field, are held to a higher standard whether it happens on campus/off campus during school hours or not.

Sounds like that may qualify as hazing... but they probably enjoy beating the crap outta each other.
