My wife and I were certified "Open Water and Nitrox" through
Dive Masters - San Antonio The owner Tom is a great guy and his instructors are very professional. He runs package specials from time to time.
I have also done business with
Duggan Diving :: Diving the world no complaints there as well.
My wife and I mainly dive in Cozumel, but from time to time we "get the itch" enjoy a quick dive on the Comal River just up river from the tube chute. PM me if you would like the name of an awesome dive master in Cozumel.
