I've replaced all the batteries on my watches at this place. It's a Seiko store. It's about $12.00 for a new battery and they replace it within a couple of minutes.

This isn't related to Guess watches but thought I would post this...
If you buy any watch from Walmart they will replace the battery free of charge for a WHOLE year from the date on the receipt. Without proof of purchase, I think it would be around 4 or 5 bucks from what the employee said.
Also, if you have any problems, they might even do an exchange beyond 30 days.I had an issue with a watch I purchased in March of this year, and a couple of weeks ago she offered a new watch of the same kind even though the receipt showed (and I told her) that it was purchased 6 months ago.

For a nice decent watch for 9.88 I can't complain. It was a great buy.
The only thing I didn't like is they didn't have those kind of watches where they add little chain things to them to make them longer or shorter (adjusting them on the spot for the correct fit).
These were strictly wristband types which aren't my favorite but it's a decent buy for someone who needs a nice-looking basic kind of watch.

If it were a watch I cared about, I wouldn't trust a Walmart clerk to replace it. One speck of dirt can kill a quartz movement. These clerks often work in multiple departments and changing batteries is not a specialty for them.

Neither would I.
That's why the watch I purchased was only $10. If I needed the battery replaced, I'd go back to Walmart and get it done free for a year.
But if it were a very valuable watch (purchased somewhere else), I would never go to Walmart to get it done.

Walmart won't touch watches that were not purchased there. I have two fossil watches that need batteries replaced and one that needs to be sized. Need a local watch/clock shop on the NW side. Not a jewelry store.
