This could be great for future development in the area. But as others have said - 1604 needs to be expanded ASAP. They can't wait much longer.

Super Wal-Mart? That makes them even closer than if it had been a Super Target. One at 281/1604 and one at Nacogdoches/1604 - that's crazy.
