I am thinking about opening a helicopter dealership to help with this problem. Think about it, just fly to the grocery store and back home. It may take a while to catch on, but the time you save from traffic on the streets will be worth it .

Are they building Luxury Apartments on Bulverde going toward the new high school?
I know they are building some across from the High School called "The Mansions" and then some on Evans across from Fox Grove called "The Estates"

Should be nice ones it looks like.

Does anyone have any additional or more concrete information about this? I live in Longs Creek and would love to know.

Down the page at this site:

Texas Real Estate Business

It states "Bulverde Marketplace is scheduled for 2009.".

Default Bulverde Marketplace?

Thats a very silly plan, who is designing these commercial centers? Where are our architects, designers, and landscape architects. These plans only show parking lots and no trails or areas for pedestrian traffic. Bulverde Marketplace is no market at all if walking is not promoted for the neighboring communities. No plan at all if we cannot provide healthy communities.
