It was overheard while shopping that there was TOT tonight, sounded like they meant city wide. Can not find anything to prove this so maybe in certain subdivisions. Can anyone confirm? I know my area is not tonight.

Thanks!

I don't think the city has ANY rules about TOT, other than the one about convicted sex offenders not being allowed to pass out treats. AFAIK, neighborhoods and HOAs decide when it happens in their areas. Mine is doing it on Sunday.

Some of the suburbs, like Castle Hills and Hollywood Park may set a date and time for it. Maybe the people you overheard lived there?

TOT?

I googled too before even scrolling down, but I was still puzzled, but not anymore.

Thanks MM2!

I found out about this STUPID idea a couple of hours ago. Anyone that sends their kids to my house to trick-or-treat is going to get a lot more than a piece of candy.

Let Halloween be ON HALLOWEEN! Why do people continually have to mess it all up for everyone? Gah!

Don't worry about the sex offenders, the cops of San Antonio are rounding them all up for an educational presentation on Halloween eve itself.

So, did anyone have any "TOT'ers" come by their house on Saturday night? I saw a lot of parties last night (my teenage son went to one); but no one out actually "TOT'ing!"
