It is sad really, I found this for San Antonio:

San Antonio Botanical Gardens Trail (1.1 miles)
San Antonio Mission Trail (6 miles)

you are comparing that to the juggernaut trails in Houston?? please

girl you'd best leave with your tail behind your legs now. in another thread you say SA has more highway miles than Houston, now you say it has more trails. all your talk is crap

Well if your going to count metro and region, San Antonio has several hundred miles of Bike pathyways. This is not including the new 52 miles of urban inner city Greenways or the 30 plus miles of San Antonio River expansion.

Yea those are places to bike with some trails included. I just found a list of 136 miles of paved bike trails within city limits of San Antonio before the greenways and river expansion. San Antonio has over 200 miles within city limits not including metro or region. But since your are counting cities near Hunstville, the I can include Boerne, New braunfels, Kerrvile etc.

Houston's web site includes 24 some consit of on street

San Antonio lists 463 miles of bike lanes, paths, trails, shared lanes just as Houston's defines their 345 mile system.
This does not include the SA River expansion Mission Reach, Eagleland or Musuem Reach. So Houston being considerably larger doesn't have a larger Bike trail network, they seem to be comprable. The only difference would be comparing the urban core sections, Buffalo Bayou to the San Antonio River, which has historical landmarks and artwork.

Map is San Antonio only. where are you getting hill country? San Anonio does include parts of the Hill Country. That is San Antonio's 463 miles of bike routes which are trails, paths, shared lanes just like Houstons 345 miles of trails, paths, bike routes and shared lanes. There is nothing different.
