I gotta say, some days I could throw that damn TWC DVR through the window; but I don't want to have to replace the window!

A few weeks ago, TWC switched to a new DVR format and now I cannot figure for the life of me how to delete a series that is being recorded. You can delete the individual shows, but how do you stop recording the entire series?

The booklet they gave us was completely useless, and it's driving me nuts; so if anyone has "broken the code" on this I would be grateful for a little insight!

Cheers! M2

My wife of all people figured it out, although I don't remember ever seeing it before-update?

Go to list and left after scheduled recordings is series manager, then delete series.

We just got the Samsung dvr which is supposedly super rare, seems everyone that works for TWC has one though. Seems better than the crappy Scientific Atlanta one.

Sweet Pickle Bus is right though I will expand on that with a step-by-step just in case but maybe you won't need it after all.

1. Press the "List" button
2. With "side arrow" buttons go to "Series Manager"
3. It will show a list of shows
4. Use the "up and down arrow" buttons to pick the series you wish to cancel
5. Press the "Select" button
6. Use the "up and down arrow" buttons and go to "Cancel Series"
7. Select the series you wish to delete
8. Press the "Select" button
9. It will ask "Are you sure you want to cancel the series <names of show>?
10. Press the "A" button which is the yellow triangle on your remote

I wish I knew that too but you can select favorite channels that will scroll in one direction when pressing the "Favorite" button. Ideal if you only have a few channels you actually want to watch.
