From "Fugitive cougar found by police":

Quote:
Wild Animal Orphanage officials said the cougar was named Sara. She was 12 years old, declawed and feeble with arthritis, said Suzanne Straw, a board member there. The cat had no history of being aggressive and had lived at the facility for five years.
Glad the old kitty's back home safe and sound!

Cheers! M2

I bet Alaskans are laughing at this thread. Living amongst Grizzlies is just a day at work.

That's the truth! This picture was taken on base when we were stationed at Eielson year's ago. The building? That's the base lodging where the bears (there were 2 young cubs) almost made it in the building thanks to automatic doors. The parking lot where the people are standing across the street is the NCO Club...and it was lunchtime so it was busy with people.

Trying to pick up younger men. Don't worry, after a few more mojitos, she'll be a lot easier to capture.
Kennedy's on Blanco. That's where the cougars hide. Sometimes GRILFS.

Grizzlies you want to ...?

Remember when the lion got loose in Helotes and ate the ostrich? Or the escaped monkey?

Not to divert, but people who have dangerous wild animals as pets are nutty. Get a canary.
