Where can I buy scarves and underscarves and hijabs in San Antonio?

I'm Not Muslim, but do cover my head for religious reasons. I'm on medical now that is making my skin extremely light sensitive and my doctor recommended wearing a Hijab or something similar to one to help keep the sun off my skin as much as possible.

Does anyone know where they might sell these in San Antonio? Used is fine too - thrift shops maybe?

If anyone knows where to buy a keffiyeh? Preferably one that would be considered more or less authentic in Palestine but I am also of course also interested in more fashionable ones as well.

I buy mine online at Hookah and Hooka products - Smoking-Hookah.com or you can try Karmaloop.com - Global Concrete Culture if you are looking for something more hip.

Maybe you could check the ethnic grocers, like the ones around the Medical Center area. I know they sell some housewares in the store.

There is a kiosk in Northstar Mall near the Clarks shoe store that sells scarves, more on the feminine side like a pashmina. They aren't like the traditional checkered pattern you see a lot of the more urban/trendy Keffiyeh/Shemagh.
