There has to be some huge parts missing from this story because it makes absolutely no sense at all, even for a city full of crazy freaks..

Some of the scenes in the film affected me...and I actually laid in bed this morning reviewing them in my head. The boy's loss of innocence portrayed in the film was incredible and the little things that didnt' make sense were actually very profound...like the part where a dinosaur gently steps on the head of another disabled dinosaur as if it was going to crush its skull..didn't make sense, but the sequence was powerful.

My date didn't like it, so I lost some brownie points there.

I think we were the youngest in the audience, too.
And Nick...THIS is why we love you so much! (sorry about your date, though)

Hehe, no it's pretty ridiculous with me. I stay up all night sometimes just thinking about things like that. Not healthy, imho.

Ehh, I'll take a stack of thins at Earl Abel's and hangout with the geezers. No need to be pretentious with breakfast.

I've always wanted to try the pancakes at Magnolia Pancake Haus. It might be worth the wait Nick if they truly are the best pancakes in the world!

Trying to think of the best pancakes I've ever had.. I guess it's hard since I now see them as evil instead of tasty. Them along with ice cream are really bad for you, especially if you're diabetic. I do get cravings for them, though.

They're delicious. They smell like cake! Like, a Betty Crocker yellow cake......and they're perfect. Perfect.

Reminds me of the Kid in the Candy Store episode last night about cupcakes. They had some really funky ones (tomato soup, corn on the cob, etc.) and each one was supposed to taste really good. Sounded pretty good at the time too...

I ended up going to this little cafe called FLOUR POWER since I couldn't wait that long for Magnolia's.
Anyone been there? Wasn't too impressed, but they got some extra points for having a nearly empty and quiet place to eat. Oh, their raspberry iced tea was great.
