I was commenting on the fact that most people didn't think WF's would come to SA or north of 1604, not actually Tacara. To your other point, it will be in the Vineyard shopping center. A Sonterra community, part of Stone Oak, is across the street- which will in fact be the closest community to WF. The 35,000-square-foot store will be built from the ground up between the shopping center's SuperTarget and an empty building that formerly housed Lack's Furniture Center. That faces the La Cierra community of Sonterra, which is part of Stone Oak. The entire stretch of Huebner, east of Blanco, is Sonterra/Stone Oak. IMO, half of the homes in Stone Oak will reach WF's faster than anyone in Timberwood or Roger's Ranch. Just sayin.

Stores in Development | About Whole Foods Market | WholeFoodsMarket.com

They don't say anything about new San Antonio stores! How accurate is that MySanantonio article?

So, it looks like WF will build, instead of utilizing the empty Lack's space...sigh...
