I had been consuming junk food for about a year... KFC, Taco Bell, Arby's, McDonalds, Chick-fil-A, Nori Japan, etc.

I've been completely off junk food for a month now, feel better for it, have a lower blood pressure... and have gotten off the constant weight gain roller coaster.

Check the nutritional charts for some of the meals. For example, sodium content for some of the meals almost equals the daily recommended intake.

The difference in how I feel has made it worth while. The only fast food place I will eat at is Subway... low fat sub and no cookies.

Yeah, I'm no fun anymore.

Must have missed where someone was asking where they could go and eat for junk food for 30 straight days.

I don't know if this is considered junk food or not but in observance of the Summer Soltice I am having a can of STAGG CHILE for lunch. Two heaping table spoons of homemade hot sauce for little more attitude. Best canned chile I have ever had.

At around 600+ calories and 35 grams of fat (depends on which one you have), I'd call the entire can some pretty serious junk food..

I suggest going to Costco and binging on a 2lb bag of Sour Patch Kids. Just pick a wonderfully long DVD box-set to watch and see how quickly you can get through the bag without forming those annoyingly painful 'dots' on your tongue (usually caused from eating too much sour candy).

Now THAT sounds like a fun way to spend a Tuesday afternoon

Were you PMS'ing? Wow. I hope your blood pressure has come down.

If I was eating junk food today I would be at Rome's or Goomba's for a nice gooey cheese pie. Or at Fudd's for a 1/3 lb. burger. Or Wings to Go for some teriyaki or garlic parm wings. OK, now I'm completely hungry.

Lived that life once, of course before that was the 8-10 eggs, lb of bacon, and half a loaf of bread for breakfast.
