Im thinking of relocating, and San Antonio seems nice.
Im up in OKC and the weather is killing me.

I have been on the hunt for a 5,000 sq/ft ish building to live in and have my workshop.

Prefer older brick building 2 story. Are there any in SA?

Camp Street is a cool building, but the HOA fees are nothing short of obscene. And for little to no amenities.

Camp Street is beautiful, but ridiculously overpriced for both raw and finished out spaces. I rented there for a year, loved the experience, but was totally unwilling to drop $600k on SoFlo.

I'd look into talking with Tony Bradfield and/or James Lifshutz, two guys who own quite a bit of downtown property (as in, entire buildings) and could either sell you something or tell you where to go. I'm almost certain that Google will pull up info on either person.
