I'm looking for ways to get from Boerne to San Antonio for work. I don't drive. I don't have a specific location yet as I am job hunting. I've already checked with Alamo Regional Transit (Alamo Area Council of Governments, TX), VIA Metro, and the City of Boerne and San Antonio transportation dept's and while there were some options they didn't work for me (one was only 3 days a week and started at 10am...)

I only know of two potential options at this point: carpool (probably from the Starbucks next to the highway), and there was an additional private service that was only a few dollars a day and they would go door to door but I can't find my notes for them! I think they may have been some type of disability service, as I have epilepsy, but I just can't remember (I usually take great notes but it seems I dropped the ball on this one)

Ughhh...

It looks like you've got all the options covered already. Since you don't drive and the bus isn't an option, you have no other choices besides the alternatives you already looked into. There's no significant mass transit to be found. Carpooling doesn't sound bad at all, honestly.
