I live off Braun outside 1604 and see this at least twice a week, if I spot someone who looks suspiciously like they're going to do it, I'll match their speed so they don't cut in front or behind me

Yeah, I've contemplated playing "bumper cars" with the offenders as well; but in this town I don't want to risk having a fender bender with an uninsured motorist ,so I won't press the test too hard!

Oh, and CMV drivers aren't an innocent bunch either; I've witnessed plenty of moving violations by commercial vehicles to believe they are guilt-free. Much like any other violation, if someone's breaking the law they have no right to complain when they get caught and fined for doing so!

Hysterical! You sound like me and my husband We do the exact same thing.. I always feel kinda silly when the "suspicious" person continues on and just goes straight..

Yes. The third lane is often dangerously turned into a turn lane, due to extreme stupidity, selfishness, laziness, etc.

Easy way to solve this. Stay in the right lane, turn into the shell station, then turn onto 1604. Thats what I used to do when I lived there. I was through that intersection and on my way down 1604 in seconds, instead of waiting to turn at the light and having idiots cut you off. If a cop thinks you did something wrong, just say the gas was too high priced and your going somewhere else. Seriously, try it. I did it for a year with no problems. You can come back to the forum and thank me later
