Actually going to go look at lofts and what not. My wife works as DM of Lowe's, and I...

Well.. I worked at the same job in my town for 10 years.. Kinda made it to the top. Kinda got bored. Kinda don't give a ____ if I find a job at McDonalds.. lol.
Its just that I am bored of this place. It's a small town, relocating from the DFW area, but 20 miles south of it.

I lived in city before, go to San Antonio alot for business, but finally she got offered a job there we jumped at it.

We are planning to live close to River Walk, meeting with alot of loft people and everything.

So, this is what I want to know. Are there any good places to live along the river walk.... Loft's ,apartment's, whatever, looking at a few town houses..

I am not going to get into names, but can you tell me a few LOFTS and whatever NOT to get into?

It's weird I use my phone so much, I had to double take the keyboard. lol.
I ramble alot. It's a downfall... So sorry..

Thanks for reading.

brackenridge / mahnke park for starters. very close to downtown, very affordable, not a craphole like other sides of the city.

though there are a few snob/hipsters in this area, you can avoid those by staying clear of alamo heights, as thats where most of them reside.

why did you chose SA? you do know about our 'cultural resistance' issue with drunken drivers, and our rising crime rates, right?

WHY WHY WHY? To me, this is the armpit of the US. Nope- I think it is the dirtyiest most disgusting place on the planet. But for right now I am stuck here... Please rethink this. Anyway, Cadillac Lofts seemed ok- walkable to everything, allow dogs, clean, private- fenced in parking. Not expensive, but maybe that does not matter to you. Good luck.

Wow! Where in San Antonio are you? I've lived in many places around the country and actually find San Antonio quite enjoyable (and clean). What are you comparing it against?
