Matt, we are saying that those locations are merely a pick up/drop off location. NISD does the same thing. Students go to their home schools to be picked up/dropped off to various summer school campuses. So even though you don't see many cars.......there are kids. By the way, no campus is completely empty yet as there is still administrative staff present at all schools still.

Plus many schools have staff park in the back, and some have buses at the back, too.
