They obviously didn't include graffiti...

and being in the top 20 isn't exactly something you want to brag about in this case.

#16 is not bad for the 7th largest city in the U.S.

The article doesn't mention size, so how many cities are in this country? Say it's a nice round number like one million. Being #16 out of a million is an awful ranking. Besides, look at the company you're around there. DC and San Juan? a little cleaner than Chicago? Definitely nothing to brag about, although I'm sure NO will be happy to be #1 in something, though..

I can certainly believe New Orleans is at the top of the list....and that was BEFORE Katrina.

Yeah, SA does have a little issues; especially with plastic grocery bags. And I don't think the inclusion or exclusion of graffiti would make much difference, as I've been to many of the cities on that list and it's as much of a problem if not more there as it is here.

Still, nothing to be proud of; but I don't see it changing anytime soon either. And it's not surprising as well...

well they are referring to the Dallas and Houston, not their surrounding cities of "suburbia". There is NO way Frisco TX is dirtier than San Antonio.
