Just chill. It was my curb and not yours. I'm not even in the city. And I know about ROW and easements. I'm in the business and it is more complicated than anyone could explain in a simple post to this forum.

Doesn't matter. I live outside the city limits, and I have seen SAWS driving through my neighborhood on weekends.

Was several hours before I noticed it on and I immediately corrected, but now I notice a fresh blue line painted on my curb where my meter is. My neighbor has one too, but can't see that others in my neighborhood do. I hope that blue line isn't the SAWS version of the Scarlet Letter. If it is I'm going to fight it.
They're just doing utility locating and designating. Just a coincidence, but if it's just you two then
they're probably getting ready to do some work in front of your property.

I've seen the white SAWS trucks out late at night stopping between properties to listen for sprinklers.
I'll be so glad when rainfall cycles back to normalcy and this ends. Hopefully before the oak wilt gets
any worse.

You laid sod in the summer in San Antonio? You are deserving of no sympathy.

nope it was springtime
$$$

I'll do it in the wintertime next time if you think that will help

the established yards that have been allowed to dry out are not coming back but I don't think the homeowners know that

the water bill is preferable to buying new sod
