Need suggestions on organic natural cereals that can be purchased locally

Big Lots has it for $1 , Walmart ( yep! I was shocked!) has it for $1.25.
All natural, low sugar, taste great!
They have 3-5 different flavors, so try it first before you buy a big box.
Also HEB has Naked cereal in plastic bags - more expensive, but taste good too.

Whole grain oats, brown rice syrup, almonds, evaporated cane juice, whole grain crisp rice (whole grain rice, barley malt), oat bran, natural flavors, and ground flax seeds.

All HEB's have Cascadian Farms. They don't have the granola bars anymore which is a real bummer. But yeah, Cascadian Farms was the second and last organic cereal I will buy. I love, love, love it. Wal-Mart (at least on De Zavala) has some Cascadian Farms cereal. Unfortunately, not the one i like.

The only thing with Cascadian Farms cereals is that they are very sweet. 38-42 g carbs??? Trans fats not listed? not for me!

I was at HEB and looked at the Silk milk labels. To followup on my own post:

Silk Almond and Soy Milk both have 8% of sodium per serving. However, Coconut milk only has 1% of sodium per serving. The carbohydrates were relatively about the same.

Almond and Soy milk were about $2.65 something each. Coconut milk: $2.97, which is a tad more, but worth it IMO.

I went to Big Lots near San Pedro and Oblate this past Monday and they didn't have the Better Oats cereal.

According to an employee, they probably won't carry it again because it was just a "special."

Darn. No fun.

HEB does have a Kashi Organic cereal. I may try that.
