I remember those spikes while growing up in California......YEARS AGO. Most of the Drive In Theaters had them. I never saw anyone trying to sneak in through the exits.
I too think they would work fine except when the Emergency Vehicles / Responders are needed as AFMike said.

Now if they can give some lengthy prison sentences to thieves, I might start putting faith in the justice system again

i fully support harsh sentences for retards who drive drunk.

also, what kind of name is tores-tores? while i understand that some people just cannot let go of the past and change their last names to that of their husband and have to get a retard hyphenated name, tores-tores? really??
