I bet a Raspa stand would make a killing down there.
By the way, I used to be a huge fan of JJ's Country Store and Restaurant in Cotulla. Ate there about 4 months ago and it was really disappointing. Sad actually. Haul in one of those trailers with a grill and make a good burger and I bet it would do well.

I ate there all the time. It was okay. Then again it's Cotulla so I wasn't expecting five-star dining. You could always live in Laredo and commute b/c that is honestly where you will probably find housing. Or commute from SA.

Wouldn't have any trouble finding housing in San Antonio.Don't know how far Floresville or Karnes City is from all the action, those too are possibilities.
