That is less than a mile from my house and I am very curious too. Anyone have any insight?

You can count me in as another person interested on what shops will be there, since I practically live next door. (ok 80 yard away).

I will be living in the area as well. I can't wait to find out what could be conveniently located near me.

I am driving through there to drop my daughter off at Specht at 7:10am and there are no traffic issues. As far as pm, my girls get off the school bus around 4:15ish and no traffic yet. I don't live in the area yet, our house will be done being built in 2 months. I just drive the girls to the school and bus stop so they can start attending their schools for Comal ISD as right now we live in the NEISD district.

traffic is fine until you hit 281. I guess it really depends on where you are going and at what time.

I leave about 715-730 to head downtown. Great mornings I make it to 1604 in 10-12 minutes. Bad mornings 25-45 minutes (seriously).

From there it is smooth sailing until I hit bitters area. It bogs down from there to just past the airport. Then it smooth sailing on into town.

All of this is presuming there are no accidents anywhere.

If you are heading into stone oak area - traffic backs up a bit, but is very liveable.

If you are trying to get somewhere on 10 (USAA for example) - you can cut through to get to blanco and wilderness oak. Saves you a bit of time. 1604 still sucks.

I have heard that the shops will include a Subway, cleaners, and something else but I can't remember....I do remember there is supposed to be parking for 250 cars...so there must be a few things coming. My hubby and I saw them out there last week doing measurments so they must be getting close to starting. I have heard that they want to be pre-leased before they break ground so the developers are assured that it won't be sitting empty.
