My sister is a manager at Pizza Hut and I can confirm that they do not have wheat crusts.

Why whole wheat pizza? Thats like low fat ice cream! If you are gonna cheat, then just cheat... My wife gets the veggie pizza on whole wheat at Double Dave's and loves it. I don't understand it at all. Don't do that to yourself... lol

how is pizza cheating? there's no one right way to make a pizza, just like there's no one right way to make a sandwich, as far as ingredients go.

If you were trying to lose weight without just eating salads all the time, you might understand it. Any place where you can add in more fiber and protein and take out some carbs helps.

Trilogy Pizza (Stone Oak) Pizzas
Their California is a wheat crust. They have great pizza. We love going there.

Fralos Pizza (I-10 going towards Boerne) Fralo's Art of Pizza
Their menu states that they have whole wheat to inquire with server. They also have great prices.

Or exercise a little more....

I managed to lose 40 pounds in a year and ate regular not good for you pizza at least 2 times a month.

Just trying to eat a little better. No sugar, no white flour low starch and the right kind of carbs. Just trying to make the bad for you things not as bad.

I wasn't trying to offend - I apologize if it came out that way.

I guess I just found that, for me, if I try cutting things out to that level, I end up hating life and am prone to quit altogether. We all need some "guilty pleasures".

Pizza isn't inherently good for you anyway, so the little bit of benefit from changing the crust, using lowfat cheese and meat just takes the joy out of having a slice.....or three.

Moderation is key...but that's just my opinion.
