from what I read it is going to be pretty big said 20 min from the airport in the Hill country. Any one know is it going up 281 in the PGA village?

Until I saw the article, I figured it was going to be built next to DisneyLand-SA.
That's going to make SA a big resort town with more tourism.
That's not a bad thing.

Wow I hadn't checked on this lately but I didn't realize it was still 2.5 years away! It's a stones throw from my house (ok - maybe a little further than a stone's throw!) But I'm looking forward to some nice restaurants, bars, shops near my home and a nice place for family to stay when visiting (not during a golf tournament however!)

Yes it is part of PGA Village. It has already started construction was announced a while back.

I wonder if they will make Fox Grove a gated community or 4 lane Evans rd in the area

It would make sense, because other wise the road runs right into our neighborhood. And 4 lanes on Evans makes sense too. At least make a turn lane. They did all the work to put the utilities underground on the North side. It's a possibility - there is room for it.
