Apparently only one was found, but since it is the first one found in three decades (it has been on the endangered species list since 2000), construction has been halted indefinitely. That could mean the project continues as is, be modified
or scrapped altogether , according to TxDOT San Antonio District spokesman Josh Donat.
It's definitely an interesting turn of events!
